Registered overseas enterprises' Beijing representative branch, Beijing representative branches of overseas law agencies, foreign tourism authorities and foreign-invested enterprises and their branches (sub-departments or offices), must come to counter No. 20, floor 2 of the Division of Exit and Entry Administration of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau's reception hall, for registration within ten days of establishment. Only registered offices and enterprises can be granted a “Registry Book for Foreign-Invested Enterprises and Overseas Enterprises' Beijing Representative Branches.”
