CD1(MD1)-Model electric hoist mainly consists of three parts, the first is lifting mechanism, the second traveling mechanism and the last electrical equipment.

5.1  起升机构（Lifting mechanism）

起升机构由起升电机通过联轴器经减速器空心轴驱动卷筒旋转，使绕在卷筒上的钢丝绳带动吊钩装置上升或下降。

In this mechanism, the lifting motor drives the roller to rotate through the reducer via the coupling instrument, so that the steel-rope winded on the roller can carry the suspension hook to rise and fall.

A claw-shaped coupling instrument is used to connect the motor axis with the input axis of reducers when the lifting height is 6m(H=6m). When H≥9m, the middle axis and strong coupling instrument are added. When H≥18m, a supporting trestle is installed to strengthen the middle axis to make sure for smooth and steady rotation.

5.1.1起升电动机（Lifting motor）

The conic motor with large tractive force is employed to comply with the frequent direct traveling during course of working discontinuously. CD1-model is equipped with ZD-style single speed motor, and MD1 with ZDS-style double speed motor. The difference between the usual speed and the low speed is 10:1

5.1.2减速器（Reducers）

减速器均采用斜齿轮三级减速，齿轮及轴采用合金结构钢或优质碳素钢加工而成，并经合适的热处理确保其可靠性与寿命；箱体、箱盖用铸铁制造，减振性好，密封可靠。河南卫华5吨电动葫芦的价格

All reducers adopt 3-Level slanting gear except 0.25-ton electric hoist which is equipped with straight-tooth planet transimission mechanism. The gear and axes are made up of alloy steel or qualified carbon steel. Hot-process is conducted to ensure their reliability and life. Finally, the box-body and box-cover made of cast-iron are both well shake-reducing and sealed tightly.

5.1.3卷筒装置（Roller）

卷筒采用铸铁或无缝钢管制造，利用花键传递动力；卷筒外壳用钢板焊制而成。卷筒装置是葫芦的中心部分，侧板与运行机构联接，两端分别与起升减速器、电机联接，其下通过钢丝绳与吊钩装置联合工作，外壳的前上方，安装有限位器导杆装置。

The roller is made of cast-iron or seamless steel and transmits power through tooth-shaped wheel. Its exterior is made of welded steel board. This is the core part of the hoist, whose top is connected to traveling mechanism via balance beam. Its bottom cooperates with suspending instrument through steel-rope, and its ends are respectively connected with lifting reducer and the motor. 5.1.4吊钩装置（Suspending-hook）

吊钩采用吊钩专用钢锻制而成，并用推力球轴承通过吊钩横梁与外壳联接，使吊钩运转自如。≤5t吊钩装置为单滑轮式，10t为双滑轮式。

The hook is forged of peculiar steel and connected to its exterior through cross beam via pulling-ball bearing so that the hook can rotate freely. 5-ton suspending hook is single-pulley style and the 10-ton double-pulley style

5.2运行机构（Traveling mechanism）

电动小车、运行电机、运行减速器、从动小车等共同组成运行机构，运行机构通过侧板与卷筒装置带动主机作往复移动。其运行速度一般为20m/min，亦可选用30m/min。≤5t为一套驱动装置，≥10t采用两套驱动装置。当用于箱形梁或与H型钢配套使用时，车轮踏面为直形，用于工字钢时，车轮踏面为圆弧形。

Electric crab, traveling motor, traveling reducer together with accessory crab compose the traveling mechanism which moves back and forth suspended by main body. Its traveling speed is generally 20m/min, and 30m/min is also selected sometimes. One set of driving devices is employed for 1t~5t, and two sets for 10t. In addition, one accessory crab is added for 1t~5t electric hoist whose lifting height is no lower than 12m.

5.3电器装置（Electrical equipment）

葫芦的电器装置由电器控制箱，按钮开关，限位器及联接导线等组成。

按钮开关的操作电压一般为36V，根据按钮开关上所示方向符号，正确按压按钮，通过控制箱内继电器的吸合与断开，可以控制葫芦的动作。

This mechanism consists of electrics-controlling box(not for 0.25t), button switch, position-limiter and connecting wire etc..

The operating voltage is usually 36V. So please notify your special required operating voltage when you place the order. Press the button correctly according to the marked direction on the switch and control the hoist through the on-and-off of the current-sustaining instrument in the controlling box.

The illustrations should be used together with the attached motor and the electrical route.
